I don't think that you will find much on the Web; locals aren't looking
there for apartments. You also will probably find only higher-priced
apartments in any English-language newspapers. Your best bets would be (1)
learn enough Spanish to read the ads in that language, since the language
will also come in handy if you make the move, or (2) see if any of your
friends reads Spanish well enough to read the ads for you.
