This is interesting. In the not-so distant past I was involved with a
customer who provided services to the airline industry, and at the time they
held Venezuela's airline Avensa up as a model for the world. I remember a
conversation where an exec from the company told me that everyone should
emulate Avensa's standards of safety and service.
I guess it depends on who's in power.
