Cuatla is not far from Cuernavaca, so I would suggest that you take the
bus from the DF airport to Cuernavaca, and then a taxi from there. If
you are starting from Mexico City, I would take a taxi to the Terminal
Sur bus station, bus to Cuernavaca from there, and then taxi again.
Airport taxis are pricey, one reason the bus from the DF airport to
Cuernavaca is a good idea.
Note that taxi robberies remain a problem in Mexico City, so do not take
random passing taxis. Only take taxis from official taxi stands where
someone with a clipboard is logging departures. At the bus stations and
airports, the typical system is to buy a taxi ticket at the taxi ticket
window and take it to the official taxi stand, this is generally
regarded as safe. Hotels can also call safe taxis, you can call for a
radio taxi, etc.
