Angela posted a cat story (a tirade against the peruvian vets) in
another ng (alt.med.veterinary) In her thread "Cat spay wound infection
puss drainage, 10th day, done by 3rd world vet in Peru, help!" she says
"I don't live anywhere near nor have I ever seen any evidence of help
with building schools or churches here over the past 5 years."
5 years?
Angela if you have lived in Peru for 5 years, you are not the dumb
tourist caught up in a bureaucratic nightmare like you want to portray
yourself.
