With all the starvation, malnutrition and general lack of care of
children, I can't understand how people can get involved with
environmental causes in corrupt countries which are almost certainly
doomed to failure, simply because neither the government, the rich
people who control the government or the middle class who control
everything else, simply don't care.
Whereas most everyone cares about children. Isn't a child more
important than a tree?
Don't get me wrong - I'm all for the cause. I just don't understand the
priorities.
The cost for your program far exceeds the living costs, doesn't it?
I've travelled for 2 years in 3rd world countries and there's no way
that food in Ecuador for most people costs more than 2-4 dollars a day.
The add on costs for each week is $90. $360 a month. Seems way too
much. Maybe you could explain where this money goes. I understand
there are always familiarization costs that account for the initial
first 2 weeks. My query is with the $90 a week.
Cost for 2 weeks will be US $330.00.
Cost for 3 weeks will be US $415.00.
Cost for 4 weeks will be US $495.00.
Cost for 5 weeks will be US $585.00.
