The Hotel Frances is a bargain, and certainly in a great location.
It has major drawbacks though.....
The building was built in the 1500s with high ceilings, and tile
floors. Flushing a toilet sounds like Niagara Falls!!
The worst thing about it, is the "Disco" at one end of the place,
that roars until all hours on the weekends!
I suspect the bar area used to be a stable, and the pigeons in the
ceiling's droppings can be a worry for imbibers!
A word to the wise should be sufficient!
