Which medium to large cities in Mexico currently have the most favorable
rental market for renters, not landlords? Due to illness I am forced to
seek a cheap place to live south of the border. Looking for places that
have a high vacancy rate and low rental rates and abundance of small
apartments. Thanks for any good replies.
