No twice.

There were definitely a lot more English-speaking people in Patzcuaro than,
say, Uruapan, but I had the impression that they were all just passing
through rather than living there; though if I were to compile a top-five
list of places worth an extended visit in Mexico, Patzcuaro would definitely
make the list.
