My mouth waters, just thinking about that chicken!! Also, another poster
mentioned Sopa Tarasca.
Lived in Mexico for 7 years and, after much traveling around that
country, Patzcuaro remains my favorite spot. The main plaza, the food,
the crafts.
Though I'm sure things have changed (no more pescado blanco, the crafts
might be a bit less rustic, and I'm sure the town has grown), I miss it.
Maybe it's time I took a trip back there!
