If you go to Don Rafa's in Patzcuaro, you can chat with the old man who
invented it, or so he claims and the NY Times reported. He is very nice,
but this requires Spanish conversational ability, and watching La Danza de
los Viejitos in the Plaza is one of my favorite things to do in Mexico.
