Depending how much time you spend in the lowlands, you will need malaria
shots/pills. Get a Hepatitus shot, as if you ever have to go to a doctor or
hospital, the sanitation may not be the best, and there may be blood you are
exposed to (Quote from my travel doctor). Get a Tetanus booster if yours is
out of date. Is about all you really need.
