We're planning on staying in Oaxaca a month this summer, so we'd like
to rent an apartment or house.

However, I will need high-speed internet access as I will be working
during much of that time.

Can I acquire this for a month? Would I have to sign a year contract?
Who do I contact?

Any help/suggestions most appreciated.
