My wife and I will be in Oaxaca for about 5 weeks, starting 6/26 (!)
in Puerto Escondido, then to Oaxaca City.

We'd like to visit at least one coffee plantation/farm (I'm into
coffee: roast my own!). We'd like to avoid, if possible, "canned"
tourist experiences/packages. You know what I mean. But, whatever.
Some is better than none!

Any recommendations, contact #s, references, etc., most appreciated.

I now speak a very, very modest amount of Spanish which I hope would
see me through making arrangements myself.
