Hi,

Do you know already in which hotel you are staying? E-mail them and ask
them to arrange something for you for the excursion you want to make.
There is a travel agency called rumbo sur. Maybe you can e-mail them as
well. While in Ushuaia, go eat crab in Tia elvira's (as the locals do!).
