Best place for these hotels would be in Brazil where the legislation
is extremely friendly towards the environment and there are quite
many land plot opportunities to do so besides the few that already
exist. The largest rain forest close to the USA is in Brazil and the
tourist demand is also here already. What more can you ask for???
