Belize is a wonderful country, we were there last year and enjoyed it very
much.
They have 2 very popular irelands, namely caye ambergris and caye calker.
There are a lot of foreign tourists there so i would not see a problem about
security there.
The hygeine is also pretty good, and you will have such a good time. I would
skip Belize city,
which is a quite dangerous city, although lonely planet tells you otherwise.
Take a look at our homepage and you can see a lot of pictures from the trip
and read more about it:)
