Hi,

I have a pending application to adjust to perm. resident status based on
approved I-140 (scientist, National Interest Waiver), filed on 05.2005 in
Vermont SC. Fingerprints were taken on 08.2005. Does anyone know how long
does it take USCIS to issue a decision? My H1 is valid till 02.2007. My
question is whether Is should wait for I-485 approval, or should I initiate
extension of H1 visa? Thank you.
