In order to verify my status in the US, one of the requirements was the
original visa which I used to enter the US... and it was in my CDN
passport. I was not a USC at the time I renewed my UK passport. I also
had to send a copy of my GC. No worries, though... they returned all the
originals.



No... I renewed via mail.
