I've never stayed at those hotels 'hblu', so I can't comment. But I do
have a couple low cost suggestions for a short stay...


Thanks for the suggestions! Actually I've been to Rio....wonderful
experience, which is why I want to return. My only problem was meals
(language difficulties) This time I thought I'd make things a bit
simpler by choosing a hotel that has "buffet" service for all meals
(Copa Sul) or getting a place with a kitchenette (Leblon Inn, Claridge)
I'd heard of the "meals by weight" places but couldn't locate them. I've
tried to familiarize myself with the language and used the knowledge on
my last trip...I only got polite blank stares....probably my southern
accent.
