Re: Traveling to Costa Rica in late June early August: are we going to drown? Posted on: Sun, 13 Jul 2003 21:47:27 EDT

We took little spray containers of bug repellant with NEET.
While we never did have a problem with mosquitos in San Jose,
it worked well in other parts of the country were we did have bugs.

We just returned from Costa Rica. Most days it rained a little.
Never real hard. Maybe 20 minutes most days. One day it rained
all night. Drown? No danger there, they are use to it and they
provide drains accordingly. We stayed at the Amon Plaza Hotel
in San Jose it was a nice hotel.

If anyone has any questions about our experience and trip
email me directly.
