I was referring to Kathy's remark about Jamaica over DR. I too am going to
the DR/Haiti/Cuba in Jan. and am wondering why she didn't like DR. I have
been to Haiti 3x but I'm pretty sure you cannot compare it to DR.
If you want to know about fancy hotels resorts, sorry I'm not the one. I'm
strictly a backpacker.
