Clube Automótivel do Brasil (Automobile Club of Brazil, Rua do Passeio
90, Rio de Janeiro PHONE: 021/297-4455

You will probably have to prove your Brazilian citizenship. Ask if
they will mail the Libreta to you abroad. And you'll have join the
Auto club and get an international drivers license.
