Very good choice, Arraial d'Ajuda!
It's just a wonderful place with loads of activities both during day
and night.
You can go scubadiving at the coral reefs, paragliding, beach buggy
driving, horseback riding, you name it. At night there are a lot of
places for any taste.
I'm a regular and goes to Arraial everytime i have the chance (and
money).
I always stay at the Pousada Areia Branca http://WWW.AREIABRANCA.COM
which is a great place to stay - It's two Norwegian guys and a
Brazilian girl that owns and runs the place.
At Areia Branca you really get personal service and they have the best
Bar-B-Q's ever (churrasco) and Caipirinha.
You can also Pousada Areia Branca on www.neckerman.nl for flights from
Amsterdam to Porto Seguro.
Basicly, you don't need to plan what to do. Get there first and then
decide what you want.
