I don't think so, Yaofeng. This looks like a demo to me. Look at the
people on the Avenida Atlantica and the people on the beach. You
normally see more people on the beach than on the streets and this is
not the case here. PLus I haven't seen a Copa Carnival procession that
long. It's certainly not a simple Copa weekend.
