Hello,
I was wondering if it is necessary to rent a 4 WD to explore Costa Rica....Can
one get by with a standard car?

I was there about 7 years ago & the roads were pretty bad...have they gotten
any better?

I dont drive stick...are there jeeps/4WD that are automatic???
