It's been a long time since I took the bus into Mexico, but
Greyhound USED to deliver us right to the bus station in Tijuana. You
might want to call them and see if they still do this. You could also
call the Mexico Tourism Board at 1-800-446-3942, and ask them for info.
As for one bus line that should be direct from Tijuana to Mazatlan,
Transportes del Pacifico should have that route, as they used to go from
Tijuana to Mexico City, and passed through Mazatlan, stopping there.
The following site is a Mazatlan informational site, but lists the
Bus lines that go there, which are Pacifico, TNS, and Elite, and their

remember that you need to dial (from the U.S.) 011-52 before any of the
numbers listed.
