Most of Mexico is on Central Time, including the Yucatan. The west
coast of the mainland, north of Puerto Vallarta, is on Mountain Time.
The Baja is on Pacific Time.

Mexico has adopted Daylight time, so Mexico Central time is the same as
US central time, summer or winter.
