Between Barra and Rio Vermelho, which is a better choice for a hotel
during the Carnival? Smeone told me to go for Rio Vermelho, since in
Barra the noise makes it impossible to have some rest during the
carnival.
Any suggestions? Also how difficult (and expensive) would be the taxi
travel between the hotel and where the action is?
