On your recommendation I'm staying there right now. Indeed it's very clean
and friendly, the location can't be beat, and the price is right. Only
caveat I'd add is that it's pretty noisy if you get a room with a window!
There's some sort of mechanical car parking apparatus at the lot next door
that makes a giant clattering and rumbling sound every few minutes all day
long. Shuts down by bedtime though.
