I might be able to understand this new regulation if the USA only
targeted Brazil, but it did not. This new regulation is for ALL
countries that the USA requires a Tourist Visa to enter the US. If
Brazil wants to do something like it, they should have done the same
and require all countries that require a visa to enter Brazil to go
through this new procedure not just single out the USA. They are being
STUPID and reactionary. The next time Brazil wants the USA to back a
loan from the WTO we should tell them to go to hell and see if Lula's
new friend Fidel Castro can co-sign for them………
