Bus to Oaxaca is 6 hours. They leave at all hours, just show up at the bus
terminal or buy a ticket & reserve your seat from a downtown Mex DF travel
agency no more than a day in advance. You can take Uno, a supposedly ultra
luxurious bus for 435 pesos. ADO GL is just as good and comfortable,
especially if the seat next to you is unoccupied, and about 100 pesos
cheaper.

Further south of Oaxaca, through Tuxla Gutierrez, ADO GL only runs overnight
busses.
