Dead easy by bus (about 5 hours). In fact I can't imagine a better way. By
the time you get out to the airport and wait around you won't really save
any time and you will have spent a whole lot more money. The buses are comfy
and better for sleeping than the plane (but the A/C is cranked way up! bring
a jacket).
