Well, I'd say Peru combines the clearest Castillano accent (the first
thing you learn is not to say Espan~ol) and the cultural experiences you
yearn for. I would not recommend Argentina and Chile for learning
Spanish, although they are the countries where you are less likely to
experience culture shock.
