That's a good thing, because you can't get one that late (at least a public
bus from central Guatemala City; maybe there's something special at the
airport going straight to Antigua). The public buses on that route peter out
around 7pm, due to law-and-order-related safety problems. You can take a cab
to Antigua from the airport, though, without much trouble. Your side trips
can be managed by buses (some of them fancy comfy tourist buses, if you want
to spend the money - between Antigua and Panajachel, for instance, they
leave every couple hours until mid-afternoon).
