It does not seem as tho' there is. There used to be an andean music site in
this newsgroup but for a long time it was empty and now it has disappeared.
One group from Bolivia I can recommend is K'ala Marca, they have 3 CD's that
I know of and I have them - there may be more.
At least one of them is produced in Perú.

I hope that you find something and let us all know the andino music is
special, even tho' sometimes very repetetive.
