Nonsense. Mexico is a bit different animal but the diffrence in rates is
less than 1%. I hardly would use TCs if this claim of yours was true. Of two
of us it is me who copes with the arithmetic.

I have published rates concerning TCs and cards. In this example there was
no practical difference. This is the native character of the two media. I
have not seen you to do the same. I have seen nobody else doing so either. I
know very well what for. Nor have anyone managed to prove the opposite but
an English chap who referred to a peculiar structures of the Philippines in
which the economy of different sorts of media is a bit unconventional (this
doesn't say that it couldn't be so somewhere else too). Americans as
tourists carrying their assets are not a special case. It is a bit primitive
in US America perhaps but the principle remains the same.
