Here's what to expect: Eating at higher altitudes, lots of intestinal gas
and projectile diarrehea. Give yourself around 3 or 4 days at altitude
(3000+ meters) to go through this phase, then you'll feel better. Coca
leaves (not "koka") and mate de coca (coca leaf tea) will wake you up and
problably just give you more diarrehea. Gas expands as pressure decreases.
Bring lots of Bean-o if you want to avoid embarrasement.
