Almost certainly locally.

There are several in Manaus and you will bump into them from the airport
onwards. Don't worry,

For Pantanal, I *do* recommend Gil's tours which is the one I took (and
described in the book). I also believe that in the Pantanal you see more
animals than in the Amazon. The Pantanal is like the South African
reserves: bushy. The Amazon is thick rainforest and you can't
distinguish much. So, for animals go to the Pantanal which offers
overall a better wilderness experience IMO than the Amazon.
But don't expect to see a jaguar. They are nocturnal and do not like
humans. If you are lucky, you can hear it, though (and I heard it in the
Amazon).
