Yeah the $1000 mark will work as long as that is for
EVERYTHING for three weeks..... transport to get there,
accommodations, food, etc

Can that be done in SE Asia at that price and be in a
WARM tropical place?

Cause I was thinking Mexico or central America would be
only place I could do this as cheap. No?
