Catemaco, Veracruz, Mexico is a medium sized town, still mostly
undiscovered by visitors from the U.S. and that spells economical.
Located on Lake Catemaco, 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and on
the edge of the rainforest it offers a quiet place to escape from the
cold.
Apartments and condos are beginning to appear and retirees are
finding it the ideal place to spend the winter or forever.
I see alot of bad information about Mexico, usually very outdated as
Mexico has changed alot in the past few years, catering to tourists
from all over the world. I would recommend checking into the date when
this information was written.
