Hiya,
I've always dreamt of going to venezuela, seeing angel falls, and many other
aspects of the country. Later this year I plan to spend a few months
travelling around south america with my girlfriend... But! I've read a few
reports now on venezuela safety issues, gunpoint kidnappings at caracas,
Venezuelan National Civil Aviation Institute suspending all international
flights to six airports, etc. so wondered is it safe to go? Is it even
possible to go? or should I avoid Venezuela for now? :(
Would love some people' thoughts / advice on this -whether there are safe
ways to get in to the country, and to see some of it's beautiful scenery and
wild life (don't mind avoiding certain places if it means I get to see some
of that).
Any help really appreciated!
