Is this the same highway I travelled going south from Quepos last year? I
couldn't believe how rough it was. Bone-jarring washboard for 50 miles, I
think it took 2 hours, and to think that this is the backbone of the Central
American trade route! I love Costa Rica and hope they get it together soon.
