A couple of us will be meeting up in San Jose on Feb 23rd. I'm wondering if
anyone has firsthand experience as to whether it's cheaper to rent a car
online prior to arrival or to wait until we get there.

Also, does anyone have any recommendations re rental companies or advice as
to which ones to stay away from.
