Jon, would you believe another Peronist emperor has taken over the
throne? But, it is only a matter of days before our own dictator down
here in the States strips him of his Peronist label and affixes a new
one..."Filthy Commie Terrorist" like his buddies Lula and Hugo.

Well, the Chinese have yet to build the railroads, although some
rumblings are being heard...I'm not sure if they're of trains or just
of those "commie" labels being mass produced in the factories we have
here in Kansas. Rumor is there is a big order of them being churned
out JUST for the province of South America. My advice to you is look
for the best airfare to Bogot=E1 and from there you should be able to
hire a rickshaw fairly cheaply, and there are in-rickshaw-ride meals
and movies included! Happy travels to you!
