The only thing that I can tell you is that I went to college an
graduate school, and I have been in this country for 30 years. Men ar
men, and women are women regardless of their place of origin. I hav
seen cases like the one you mentioned above in all cultures includin
this culture.

Now, I don't know your age, but if you are young, you need mor
exposure to other cultures or other parts of the world, meaning ever
corner. And, if you are old, it is unfortunate, but you never th
exposure needed to judge the action of an individual that we really d
not know his background, values, principles of level of education. Eve
people with high degrees commit unbelievable acts............who ca
explain that........it all comes down to values, an
respect...............What he did was the reflection of LACK OF VALUE
AND RESPECT................Important words that many corporations ar
trying to use within their organizations......

I will recomend to you a class in Organization and Behavior.........
