I don't know about banks, but you might want to check an American
Express Office- on the very rare occasion that I have changed money
ahead of time, I have done so at Amex. Where are you going in Mexico? I
never bother changing money ahead of my trips to Mexico- in case you
don't get around to it. There should be an ATM machine at the airport
in Mexico, and in a worse case scenario... you can always change
dollars into pesos at the Cambio counter at the airport.
