The Ecotour cruises in the Amazon are the most detailed and thoughtful
voyages available. We explore both the Amazon River and the Rio Negro
into remote and unspoiled wilderness rainforest. Our trips are not

wilderness rainforest to observe the most fantastic collection of
wildlife in natural history .
This program is the most interesting and thoughtful nature voyage in
the entire Amazon. Heart of Amazonia explores some of the most
untouched rainforest in all of the Amazon and we go farther than any
other operator. On the Motor Yacht Tucano we venture far up the Rio
Negro visiting several different kinds of rainforest along the way.
Near the end of the trip we enter the mighty Amazon River itself. We
see amazingly colorful birds, magnificent trees d.d with vines and
covered with orchids and occasional monkeys chattering and cavorting in
the branches. We explore areas very rarely visited and seek out the
mysterious life of the wilderness that stirs in the forest and in the
heart of wild nature.
Heart of Amazonia is the most thorough, detailed, and sophisticated
