yes you have to take reservations a long time in advance if you want to stay
in a hotel.

As for the bus, I doubt you will be able to go to the Hosteria las Torres by
bus, the time we were there the road was so narrow that two cars could
hardly cross each other. The best way to travel in the south is to hire a
Pickup van.
