You're kidding, right? I would only try this stunt if you're really
interested in visiting a Cuban prison. About the best you could hope for is
a period of intense interrogation.

There is apparently still some limited cruise ship travel between Cuba
and Mexico: http://www.cruiseserver.net/travelpage/ships/va_prima.asp as
well as regular service by air.
