Maryland has no fee. That is where I get my service through.

BTW, EZ-Pass does NOT work in Virginia. Virginia's toll roads have
their own system that is not interchangable. It works in WEST
Virginia, on the West Virginia Turnpike.

The participating agencies are the New York Thruway, MTA (intra-NYC
bridges), NY State Bridge Authoriy (Hudson river bridges north of
NYC), PANYNJ (bridges between NYC and NJ), Delaware toll roads, all 3
New Jersey toll authorities (NJTP, Atlantic City EXPY, and GSP), Mass
Pike, DRJTBA (bridges between NJ and PA north of Philly), DRPA
(bridges between NJ and PA south of Philly), PA Turnpike, the DR
Deepwater bridge, and Maryland toll roads. You can also use it for
parking fees at the 3 NYC airports.

Really there is no reason not to get one. Its free and can save you
time and keeps you from having to remember to carry a lot of cash.
